1. Products/items/materials that are prohibited by the Government should not be carried while traveling in any of our fleet.
2. Our fleet/drivers will refrain from traveling on roads that are unfit/unsafe for travel and roads especially hilly regions. Customers should NOT insist against this rule and expected to abide by the same for their own safety and safety of fellow travelers.
3. Our fleet should be used for travel only on the route approved in the travel permit. Local trips or travel that deviate from the approved route of travel shall not be undertaken under any circumstances.
4. The hired fleet should be returned back to BASS TRAVELS before 12.00 midnight of the last day of travel approved in the travel permit. Delayed return of the fleet will be subjected to penalty charges.
5. The hired fleet drivers should NOT be insisted for driving/traveling, between 12 a.m. and 4 a.m.
6. Rules and regulations of the Motor Vehicles Act, should be adhered to, at all times during travel.
7. No new travelers/strangers will be allowed to board the fleet, during the middle of a tour/trip after the journey commences from the starting point.
8. If the tour booking is cancelled, advance payment shall not be refunded. Also, if the cancellation of the tour/trip booking is not notified before 3 days in advance, the entire amount payable for the trip needs to be paid to BASS TRAVELS.
9. BASS TRAVELS will be responsible for filling up the fuel required for the trip initially, upon payment of fuel advance for the trip. This amount shall be refunded back upon refilling of fuel, after returning from the trip.
10. Before starting the trip, the rental charges for the fleet hired needs to be paid in full.
11. BASS TRAVELS shall NOT be responsible for accidents or vehicle breakdowns during the trip.
12. Charges for fuel, oil, driver, conductor’s fee, road taxes, toll surcharges, state tax as applicable parking charges, RTO expenses are payable by the traveling party hiring the fleet.
13. If the video or audio equipment/system fails during a trip, BASS TRAVELS will not be responsible for the same. However, genuine attempts shall be made to fix/repair the failed equipment if possible.
14. The hiring charges for our fleet shall be limited to charges for 300 kilometers or 1 day’s rental charges – whichever limit is reached early.
15. The hiring charges for our fleet shall be limited to charges for 12 hours travel or 1 day’s rental charges – whichever limit is reached early.
16. BASS TRAVELS shall refund the advance payment for a trip if unable to provide fleet for the trip, due to unanticipated or unforeseen situations/reasons.
